OK, so great news for me, The Pixelation issue my laptop created, has been resolved!
Allow me to explain.
No, allow me to show you.
Look at the works of art youve seen recently done with MS PAINT.
See the pixel'd colors?
Go to my latest MS PAINT.
Dont see em?
The difference is saving as a JPEG, and a 24 Bitmap.

JPEG CAUSES PIXELS
24 Bitmap, does not.
